Slide and Expensing Upload Portal

All speakers are asked to upload:

  • Their PowerPoint presentation, and

  • Expense receipts (if applicable)

Deadline: Please upload your materials at least 2 days before the symposium to ensure a smooth technical setup.

Alternatively, you may bring your presentation on a USB flash drive and provide it directly to the audiovisual team at the venue.

Slide Requirements

Your presentation should include:

An opening disclosure slide (financial relationships, if any)

  • All videos or animations embedded within your file

  • A 16:9 widescreen format

Presentation Timing

To ensure a smooth flow for all sessions:

  • Talk length: 10 minutes

  • Warning: A 1-minute reminder will appear before your time ends

  • Auto-stop: At 10 minutes, your slideshow will automatically close — however, you may finish your remarks briefly afterward

Please rehearse to stay within the time limit — it helps keep the program on schedule and fair for all faculty.

Onsite Support

Our audiovisual team will be available at the Castellana Ballroom I to assist with setup and technical checks.
